1995
I 1997

This experimental short film, which I made in S-8 format, propped up my fondness of little things, of things that can be seen with a magnifying glass. It also evidenced my interest in creating form in movement, in a way of standing in front of the creative act that is not very conscious but surprising and thus, vital. The fragments of a film, photocopied and modified magazines, typography of contact and finally, pencil, oil painting, different sorts of ink, and liquid glue made up a mixture of unforeseeable shades of color only to be discovered in a conventional projection.

I chose to make this film with high levels of improvisation in spite of all the dependable procedures that digital technology had to offer.
