These watercolours have been made with very unusual elements in my pictures, such as human blood (my blood) and the fire mark in the intentionally burnt paper, both of them being interpretative of a symbolic union between man and nature.

This series is dominated by a tree as a starting point, and as a natural extension of its parts, in the top there is a man transformed and about to have a better existence, closer to the areal world than to the earthly world.

These watercolours have been much inspired by the poetry I wrote some time ago, recollecting days of celebrated beauty, either as a result of sleeping outdoors in the countryside or because of walking the much walked roads of our exhausting Pampa plains.
