In Situ. In the natural place; that is my goal today. It was also my goal back in the ´90s, when I was a member of the group called La Carpintería (The Carpenter´s Shop). Even before that, when I was a student of Fine Artes, I read that Leonardo Da Vinci advised his students to look at the marks on the walls arguing that they were great inspiration for the imagination. That remarkable piece of advice has raised my interest to broaden it and include a context where it will be revealed and where I can work. This intervention will take place in the following way: after a rough scrutiny of the possible area and the suitable walls to intervene, the temporary drawing or painting made there will be photographed and published with the information concerning the neighborhood, any landmark nearby and the streets around it. In Situ, like a powerful indicator, will also encourage me to intervene other surfaces such as human skin, which I have recently been working on. Other possible interventions will depend on multiple factors; so many in fact, that I could not mention them all here.
